10 Inspiring Income Reports That Will Make You Want To Start A Blog

If you’re anything like me, nothing gets you motivated like other bloggers income reports. To me, income reports show what’s possible.

By other people being transparent and sharing what they earn each month from their blog, makes me realise the potential that all of us have.

These bloggers aren’t any more special than anyone else. There isn’t anything different about them that means they will make money blogging and other people won’t. Other than the fact they put the work in and they consistently grew their audience, their content and their level of knowledge each month.

But if you are willing to put in the same kind of effort then you can also reach the same kinds of figures or even more if you wanted to.

So, let’s not delay any longer – check out my top ten inspiring monthly income reports from bloggers from all over the web!

1.

Making Sense of Cents Made $100,324 in One Month

Michelle from the Making Sense of Cents blog is such an inspiration. Though she did start making money very quickly, hitting the $100K per month mark hasn’t happened overnight.

This income report is from June 2018 and can seem overwhelming to a beginner but if you look at the history of her income reports you can see that she started at the bottom, just like everyone else.

Her first income report was in May 2012 and her blog and income has grown steadily ever since. A very inspiring income report!

2.

Just A Girl And Her Blog Made $44,940 in One Month

Another income report which can seem too big when you’re starting out and have pretty much no one reading your posts.

This blog started posting their income reports back in February 2014 and their first reported month of blogging income was $2,446.

Through consistency and persistence they have been able to grow their income month after month so use this as inspiration to keep going when your blog is getting no impressions and your income is practically $0.

3.

Create & Go Blog Made $135,338 in One Month

Wowsers! I’d be happy making that in one year, never mind in one month, amiright?!?

This couple run two blogs – Create & Go, a blog teaching how to blog and make money online and Avocadu, a health blog. Their monthly income is from both blogs combined.

They started Avocadu in September 2015 and didn’t start making money until January 2016. Again, showing persistence and consistency pay off every time.

4.

Show Me The Yummy Made $46,367 in One Month

This blog made $28 in it’s first month. That’s right, $28 measly dollars. We can all relate to that, right?

So, there is no reason you can’t do the same thing. Check out this inspiring income report from this couple who blog about yummy food.

Maybe make sure you’re not hungry when you head over to their blog!

5.

It’s A Lovely Life Blog Made $208,524 in One Month

Wow. Wow. WOW. I LOVE big number income reports. This is a family run blog where the kids are also involved in maintaining it. This family blogs about lifestyle and travel topics and spend half the year being paid to travel to around the world reviewing hotels and tourist locations.

They have substantially increased their blog income over the period of one year so it shows that you don’t always have to wait years for your blog to make A LOT of money.

6.

Her Paper Route Blog Made $10,197 in One Month

Chelsea from Her Paper Route runs two blogs (at the time of this income report) and the income reported is from both blogs combined.

It’s good to see when bloggers are able to make money from blogs that are about other topics than making money online.

I like to see bloggers from a variety of different niches showing they can all make money. Chelsea goes over how she made money from her two blogs.

7.

The Savvy Couple Blog Made $11,358 in One Month

This couple run their blog together and this report shares how they hit the $10K mark for the first time.

I think that $10,000 a month is a benchmark a lot of bloggers set for themselves – it’s much higher than the majority of us would make from a day job but it’s a goal that’s not too far fetched that it would stop us from trying to reaching for it.

This report goes into detail of how they reach that coveted $10K per month target.

8.

The Busy Budgeter Blog Made $22.930 in One Month

Pretty much all of this reports income comes from affiliate income, which I love. It’s hard to imagine reaching some of these income goals when it’s money made from a blogger selling their own products or courses, and you don’t have a course to sell or an audience to sell it to.

Earning affiliate income is something anyone and everyone can do if they want to.

This is a very in-depth income report that goes through what worked and what didn’t work.

9.

LoveFamilyHealth Blog made $14,011 in One Month

Another income report that is very detailed and provides a lot of information about each of the streams that make up the month’s income.

It not only shares which affiliates they made money with but also how they specifically promoted the affiliate to their audience.

This income report should get you excited about the potential to earn a substantial monthly income from your blog!

10.

The Ways To Wealth Blog Made $3,068 in One Month

While this income report is in no way less inspiring than any of the others I have listed here, this report may be a little more relatable for anyone who is only just thinking about starting a blog or has a blog but hasn’t made any money from it yet.

Big numbers like $100K or $200K per month can seem so unreachable at the beginning so I wanted to include an income report with some smaller numbers so that you can see where it all starts.

It might be hard to think you can make $100K per month but it should be pretty believable that you can make $3,000-$4,000 per month, particularly at the beginning of your blogging journey.

Are you inspired by these income reports?

I hope some or all of these income reports inspire you. Especially with the bigger ones, you really have to remember, they all started at the beginning, just like you so it’s not impossible that you can eventually make the same kind of money.

They didn’t just start a blog and make $200K in the first month. Each of these bloggers were consistent, persistent and continuously educated themselves, tried new things and grew as the months went by.

If you have an income report, please share it with me – pop a link to your income report in the comments!
